We know that the strength of our program lies in their commitment to early childhood education. Our warm and caring, highly educated staff is clearly what sets us apart. Our staff consists of professionals dedicated to making a difference in each child's world. They also recognize the importance of ongoing communication with parents. Contrary to industry norms, our academy retains their teachers, which is a testament to the consistent, quality, and caring atmosphere of our schools. Our teachers are encouraged to seek out current child-related teaching techniques, continuing education and professional growth. Additionally, we support our teachers by providing bi-annual in-service training. All of our teachers are CPR and first aid certified. Furthermore, our schools are committed to exceeding State standards.  All Lead Teachers are required to have, or be pursuing, certification in Early Childhood Education.  Furthermore, all teachers receive 15 hours of in-service training annually.  Our teachers are spiritually grounded and model positive Christian behavior.  State mandated background checks are done on each and every employee hired by the school.
